Delivery

We aim to get your order to you within 1-3 working days from the date of your order.

Delivery is FREE for orders above $59.00 nett. There will be a small delivery charge of $10 for orders below $59.00 nett.

For deliveries within the CBD areas & Sentosa, there will be an additional surcharge of $10.

Delivery time slots are between 6pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. If you require delivery outside of such timings, please give us a call @ 8828 1565 to see if arrangements can be made to suit.

We aim to deliver to as many places as possible. However, due to restrictions and limitations placed by certain institutions and organizations, we are not able to deliver to the following areas:

  • Jurong Island
  • Changi Cargo
  • Tuas Link
  • Country Clubs
  • Army Camps
  • Seletar Aerospace
  • Off-shore islands such as Pulau Ubin
  • Turf Club avenue
  • Singapore Prison Quarters
  • Airbase sites
  • SATS inflight Catering Centre 1
  • ST Kinetics
  • Shipyards
  • Powergrids

Please contact us @88281565 if you need the orders to be delivered within 12 hours. Fulfillment of orders are subject to availability of stock and delivery slots.

We are sorry to miss you! If you have left instructions for the order to be placed in a secure location, our driver will leave your order in the pre-agreed location and an SMS will be sent to inform you. If no prior instructions has been given, the driver will try to contact you and wait for up to 10 minutes. In the event that the delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you again to re-arrange another delivery.  In such cases, there will be a small re-delivery charge of $10.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept overseas orders at the moment, unless the delivery address is in Singapore.

Repacking

We do provide this extra service to our customers Free of Charge. Please indicate your request in the comment box at the check out page.

Repacking conditions are:

  1. Repacking services are only available for kibbles that are above 5kg (11 Lbs)
  2. Kibble products weighing between 5kg – 6.9kg will be repacked into 3 packs.
  3. Kibble products weighing above 7 kg will be repacked into 4 -7 packs, with each pack weighing approximately 2kg.

We are not able to repack kibbles into more packs than stated above.

We use new, hygienic, good quality plastic bags for repacking services. We will also deliver the original packaging with the repacked dry food.

By requesting us to repack your pet food, buyers agree that he/she will not hold us liable in the event that worms, weevils, beetles or moulds are found in the re-packed food after purchase.

Please check all repacked kibbles upon delivery.  We do not accept exchange or refund of repacked pet food.

Do take note that the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) advises that the repacking of pet food is strongly discouraged for the following reasons:

  • Such practice renders the loss of trace-ability of the pet food which can be crucial in times of pet food recall;
  • The loss of wholesomeness and freshness during the repacking process; and
  • The risk of contamination during the repacking process.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 7 days 1-1 exchange for items that with manufacturing defects. We strongly encourage our customers to check for defects upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot do exchanges on items that have been ordered and delivered in acceptable condition.

Exchange policy:

  1. Please give us a call at 88281565 or email us at enquiry@ahbengpetstore.com, to let us know why you are requesting for an exchange of the products.
  2. Upon approval of exchange, please bring the item/s to our warehouse for exchange.
  3. Item must be returned (in its original packaging and condtion) within 7 days from the date of delivery
  4. Please provide us the original invoice as a proof of purchase
  5. Please note that there will be no exchange for repacked kibbles of change of mind.
  6. For unopened bulk purchased canned food, we are also not able to do an exchanges should your pet have any reasons to dislike the food. We strongly suggest that you buy single can to let your pet test the flavour before committing to bulk purchases.

We regret that we follow a strict no refunds policy.

Our friendly customer service personnel will contact you and advise you on the item’s restock date or suggest the best alternative product.

General Questions

We really appreciate if you could make payment within 24 hours of placing your orders. Unpaid orders that are longer than 24 hours will be automatically void and deleted, so do pay ASAP!

We do not charge GST. The price you see on the website is what you need to pay, as simple as that.

Payments can be made via:

We do not accept ATM transfers at this moment.

2) Paypal

Fund transfer has to be completed before order will be dispatch for delivery.

You may change or cancel your order by calling us at 88281565 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Our friendly customer service personnel will give you a call/SMS to schedule the delivery time after we receive your order. We will dispatch the order once payment is made.

The order is confirmed when a delivery time is set and payment is made.
